Refund and Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking in no less than 24 hours before your coaching session. A refund will be issued upon your request minus any transaction fees. There is no refund if you cancel after your session date has passed.
• If you miss your booking but would still like to have a session, you may request to reschedule a session within 5 days of your original booking. The next available date will be given to you. Please note that rescheduling can only be done once. If 5 days has passed without requesting for a reschedule, you will lose your initial booking and will not have the right to request a refund. If you miss your second appointment after rescheduling, you lose your initial booking and will not have the right to request a refund.
• You will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after a coaching service has been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed).
